At IPDC, we remain committed to continuous employee capacity building. In line with this commitment, on 9 December we organized a day-long Training of Trainers (TOT) session conducted by one of the country’s renowned trainers, Mr. Ejazur Rahman.

This initiative aims to further strengthen the expertise of our in-house resources, enabling them to confidently lead and deliver more internal training sessions in the future.
