IPDC launches ‘Ucchash Card’ customer service initiative

IPDC Finance PLC has launched "IPDC Ucchash Cards", a new customer privilege platform offering exclusive lifestyle benefits, special discounts and value-added experiences for its customers.

The Ucchash Cards are non-payment and non-credit privilege cards that allow IPDC customers to access a wide range of partner offers across lifestyle, dining, travel, healthcare, education, electronics, hotels, resorts and digital entertainment services.

Through the initiative, IPDC aims to make customer privileges more visible, accessible and meaningful in customers' everyday lives.

The platform features four card categories – Jaago, Joyee, Elite and Infinite – each designed for different customer segments and lifestyles.

By introducing Ucchash Cards, IPDC seeks to strengthen long-term customer engagement through a more personalised and rewarding experience beyond conventional financial services.
