IPDC Joyee Introduces First-Ever Daycare Facility at Banker-SME Women Entrepreneur Fair 2025
At the heart of the Banker-SME Women Entrepreneur Fair 2025, organized by Bangladesh Bank at Bangla Academy, IPDC Joyee proudly launched a pioneering Day Care Center, a first in the history of the fair. This initiative, in collaboration with Rainbow Valley Centre for Early Childhood Development, reflects our unbound commitment to creating inclusive spaces for women entrepreneurs and working mothers.
The day care features five thoughtfully designed zones - Apon Bhubon, Gyaner Bhubon, Swapner Bhubon, Nirapod Bhubon, and Bahirer Bhubon (designed by BRAC Institute of Educational Development, BRAC University) - ensuring safety, comfort, and joy for children. On-site caregivers, medical support from BRAC Healthcare Limited, and early childhood experts make it a truly safe haven.
We were honored to welcome Dr. Ahsan H. Mansur, Governor of Bangladesh Bank, who visited the Day Care Center and appreciated the initiative. Also joining were Nawshad Mustafa, Director of SME & Special Programmes Department, Bangladesh Bank, and Rizwan Dawood Shams, Managing Director of IPDC Finance PLC., both of whom shared encouraging words about creating enabling environments for working mothers.
